Marek ("the app", "the game") is developed by Kepale Incorporated. This policy explains what data the app collects.

The short version: none.

• No account creation or sign-in is required or offered.
• No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted by the app.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included in the app.
• No network requests are made by the app at all — it works entirely offline, on your device.
• Your game progress (best score, unlocked modes, and settings) is stored only locally on your own device and never leaves it.
• No data is shared with any third party, because no data is collected in the first place.
• The game has no ad units of any kind. If a future update ever includes a sponsored in-game placement (for example, a level background or a themed collectible), it will be static art only — no tracking, no ad SDK, no data collection — the same offline guarantee above still applies.

If this ever changes — for example, if a future update adds an online feature that requires network access — this page will be updated first, and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
